Great Meadow’s 4th of July Celebration

This event has passed, but check out our calendar for fun today, this week, this month!

Great Meadow is not only home to the Virginia Gold Cup, the Virginia Scottish Games, and more, it’s also a dynamite place to spend Independence Day, July 4, 2019!

This 374-acre equestrian event park hosts a 4th of July Celebration like no other, complete with activities, demonstrations, and live music. Children’s activities include a rock wall, pony rides, and moon bounces alongside a rain machine and laser tag, too!

The celebration also includes a Polo Exhibition, rocketry demonstrations, and live broadcasting by 92.5 WINC FM. Food vendors round out the event with mouthwatering treats and adults, don’t miss Old Bust Head Brewing Company’s cold brews!

Of course, the grand finale comes with a dazzling nighttime fireworks show, sure to be one of the biggest in the area!
