Did you know, weekly throughout the summer, you can see a free 1-hour performance at The United States Marine Corps War Memorial? Today, August 10, 2021, is their last performance of the season.

This special opportunity, called the Sunset Parade, features the music of The Commandant’s Own, The United States Marine Drum and Bugle Corps, and The Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon — a 24-man rifle platoon that performs a unique precision drill exhibition. This memorable performance all happens in the shadow of the 32-foot high figures of the United States Marine Corps War Memorial in Arlington, VA.

This event is free and open to the public. Please note, during the Sunset Parade, parking is not permitted on the memorial grounds, so plan ahead to make alternative parking plans.
