On October 26, 2025, the Del Rey neighborhood comes alive with the 29th annual hometown Halloween Parade!
Beginning at Mt. Vernon Avenue (south of E. Bellefonte Ave.) and making its way to the Mt. Vernon Rec Center fields, enjoy watching thousands of kids, adults, and pets march by in costumes — from the dramatic and spooky to just plain cute!
This parade ends with live music and an award presentation at the Mount Vernon Rec Center field.
