Spiders, goblins, and ghosts — oh my! From October 1-31, 2025, Meadowlark’s Children’s Garden transforms into a playful Halloween adventure. Join them for a Halloween-inspired scavenger hunt!

Kids and families are invited to participate in a self-guided Halloween Scavenger Hunt, searching around the log cabin, vegetable garden, and pavilion for all things spooky and fun. Adding to the fun, there’s even a children’s book walk, featuring “The Spider” by Elise Gravel. And be sure to wear your costume — Meadowlark’s set up a few photo-worthy spots to capture Halloween memories.

After an exciting visit and plenty of pictures, guests can turn in their completed hunt sheet for a sweet prize.

Hunts are $8 per participant and can be purchased at the Visitor Center Admission Desk. Regular garden admission or membership is required for accompanying guests.
