Bring your leftover jack-o-lanterns to Great Country Farms’ smashin’ stations and let those pumpkins fly on November 5-6, 2022!
Great Country Farm’s annual Pumpkin Chunkin’ event is the best way to bring in November! Feeling energized? Smash “Jack” yourself at The Silo Drop or The Zip Wire Sploosh! Would you rather watch something else do the work? Bring your pumpkin to the Pumpkin Drop Zone and add it to the farm’s upside-down “fireworks display,” and watch as each pumpkin is dropped from a 40-foot lift.
What happens to all those smashed pumpkins? Great Country Farms’ pigs and cows love to eat them, and many are composted, too.
Pumpkin Chunkin’ weekend includes all kinds of family-friendly events. Daily admission includes visits with plenty of furry, feathered, and hoofed favorites, including cows, chickens, pigs, and miniature horses. Enjoy marshmallow roasting, the Cow Train, cider pressing demonstrations, and so much more! Find additional information here; advanced admission purchase is recommended.
