Harbor Halloween @ National Harbor
National Harbor is hosting its annual Harbor Halloween Celebration on October 26, 2025! Check out all of the ways you can celebrate the spooky season at National Harbor:
• Trick-or-Treatingat the Carousel with unlimited rides (restrictions apply)
• Children in costume get a FREE ride on The Capital Wheel with the purchase of an adult ticket
• Special screening of Hocus Pocus
• Pumpkin Carving Contest
• Pet Pawrade
• Meet & greet with community partners, including Prince George’s County Fire/EMS, police, 3-1-1 On The Go! Mobile Unit, and other services
