NSO Music for Young Audiences: Super Cello! @ The Kennedy Center

Watch as Super Cello uses the power of music to save the day in a story told through puppets, props, and original music!
Originally a co-production with the National Symphony Orchestra and Teller Productions that premiered in April 2022, Super Cello! unites puppet artist Scottie Rowell and NSO cellist David Teie to tell a wordless story using puppets, props, and plenty of original music. See the show on October 18-19, 2025, at The Kennedy Center.
A sensory-friendly performance will be held on October 18, 2025, at 11 am.
Sensory-friendly performances are designed to create a performing arts experience that is welcoming to all families, including those with children with autism or other sensory sensitivities.
Stay after for a Creative Conversation following the performance on October 18, 2025, at 1:30 pm, when young audience members can ask questions and hear stories from the show’s artists.
This performance is most enjoyed by ages 5 and up.
