Looking for an exciting summer adventure for your child? The Town of Leesburg’s Parks and Recreation Department has a fantastic lineup of summer camps for kids from preschool through middle school. Make this summer unforgettable!

Ida Fun Camp
Campers enjoy daily swimming, art projects, songs, indoor and outdoor games, nature activities, and a special field trip each session! Camps run weekly, June 15-August 7, 2026:

Teen Adventure Camp
Ages 12-14
Teens explore exciting destinations across the D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia areas — think water parks, rafting, tubing, sporting events, and more!

Last Hurrah Camp
Grades K-6 ∙ Ages 5-12
A perfect end-of-summer celebration! Campers swim every day, play indoor and outdoor games, and enjoy arts and crafts before heading back to school.

Nature Academy
Ages 6-10
Campers explore the outdoors through daily hikes, nature-inspired arts and crafts, and hands-on science projects — get ready to get your hands dirty!

Cupcake Academy
Ages 7-13
Campers bake, frost, and decorate a brand-new cupcake creation every day — experimenting with flavors, fondant, and fun decorating techniques!

Preschool Gymnastics Academy
Ages 4-5
A fun introduction to movement, coordination, and balance — little ones explore basic gymnastics skills in a playful, age-appropriate setting!

Rising Stars Gymnastics Academy
Ages 5-7
Campers are introduced to floor, balance beam, bars, and vault while building coordination, balance, and movement skills.

Beginner Gymnastics Academy
Ages 7-14
Beginner-friendly! Campers learn tumbling skills and explore the balance beam, bars, and vault with group and individual instruction.

Gymnastics Academy II
Ages 7-14
Designed for kids with some gymnastics experience, campers build strength and flexibility while working on floor, bars, beam, and vault skills.

All Levels Gymnastics Academy
Ages 7-14
Open to all skill levels! Campers practice the skills they know and progress toward more advanced moves on the floor, bars, beam, and vault.

Pee Wee Tennis Camp
Ages 5-7
Campers learn forehands, backhands, volleys, serves, and the rules of the game — all while discovering the fun and sportsmanship of tennis!

Youth Tennis Camp
Ages 8-17
Campers learn forehands, backhands, volleys, serves, and the rules of the game — grouped by skill level for the best experience on the court!

Full Day Youth Tennis Camp
Ages 8-17
A full day of tennis plus other fun sports activities — and a pool trip to AV Symington Aquatic Center and a camp T-shirt are included!

Pee Wee Soccer Academy
Ages 6-8
Campers build a strong foundation in dribbling, passing, scoring, and positioning — then put their skills to the test in small-sided games!

Junior Soccer Academy
Ages 9-12
Campers sharpen their dribbling, passing, scoring, and positioning skills — then put them to the test in small-sided games!

Flag Football Academy
Ages 9-12
Campers learn offensive and defensive skills — running plays, passing routes, receiving, and more — all without the contact, using NFL Flag rules.

Basketball Academy
Ages 9-12
Campers develop offensive and defensive skills through fun, structured drills they can apply right away in game play.
