Big energy meets big memories at Life Time camps! Hosted at their state-of-the-art facility, kids ages 5-12 are invited to experience an action-packed, memory-making summer!
Life Time’s camps are fully customizable, giving kids the chance to create their perfect summer in one location. Each week brings a brand-new theme and exciting activities. Even better, everything’s included. Campers can look forward to:
Movement
Enjoying games and active, high-energy fun!
Creative Fun
Daily time to make, build, imagine, and create something new.
Community & Character
Opportunities to build confidence, make new friends, and practice teamwork and leadership.
Swimming
Pool time, plus swim lessons (or swim team)!
Electives
Choosing activities they love, including arts & crafts, sports, yoga, gymnastics, fitness, and more!
Field Trip Fridays
The chance to experience on-site special experiences or off-site adventures!
Recognizing that families are busy, camps are full-day (9 am-4 pm) and offer before- and aftercare (extending campers’ days to 8 am-5:45 pm). There’s even curbside drop-off!

Game On
Get ready for a week of nonstop challenges and active fun. Campers will participate in a variety of games and activities, including team sports, skill stations, and playful competitions — all designed to build confidence, teamwork, and a love of movement. On Fridays, campers will enjoy a field trip to Activate in Sterling.

Adventure Awaits!
Campers will pack their “passport” for a week of global fun. Each day, they will “travel” to a new destination through active games, exciting challenges, and cultural crafts — collecting memories as they explore the world together. On Fridays, campers will enjoy an on-site field trip.
Jul 6-10, 2026
Journey Into Space
Campers will become space explorers for a week of moon walking, astronaut challenges, and constellation discoveries — all packed into an out-of-this-world adventure. On Fridays, campers will enjoy a field trip to Regal Fox.
Jul 13-17, 2026
Glow Battles
Campers will light up the week with glowing games and nonstop fun. They will enjoy laser tag, glow-in-the-dark activities, and classic games with a bright twist — creating an unforgettable week of movement, teamwork, and excitement. On Fridays, campers will enjoy an on-site field trip.
Jul 20-24, 2026
Game Show Mania
Campers will become contestants in their own mini game shows, tackling trivia, wacky challenges, and team competitions in a week full of laughs, energy, and friendly fun. On Fridays, campers will enjoy a field trip to Fun Land of Fairfax.
Jul 27-31, 2026
Creative Quest
Campers will build, craft, and design new projects each day during this hands-on week of creativity — culminating in a showcase of their unique creations. On Fridays, campers will enjoy an on-site field trip.
Aug 3-7, 2026
Champions & Challengers
Campers will become their own heroes or clever challengers in a week of missions and team challenges. Each day will bring new adventures, imagination, and epic fun. On Fridays, campers will enjoy a field trip to Always in Motion.
Aug 10-14, 2026
World of Possibilities
Campers will dream big as they imagine future adventures, explore exciting roles, and create what the world might look like in their future — all through fun, hands-on activities. On Fridays, campers will enjoy an on-site field trip.
