Offered weekly throughout the summer at three Loudoun County locations (Leesburg, Middleburg, & Sterling), camps give kids and teens the chance to build new skills, make new friends, and create lifelong memories!

YMCA’s Traditional Summer Camps thrill campers with classic outdoor games, arts and crafts, and inventive STEM activities. Water days and pool time help beat the heat, and every Friday wraps up with a celebration of the week’s achievements!

LEADERSHIP CAMPS
YMCA’s Leadership Camps are designed for teens ready to build their leadership skills.
Weekly, Jun 22-Aug 14, 2026 (location-dependent)
Counselor-in-Training (CIT)
Giving teens the opportunity to build leadership skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience working with younger campers. Participants begin with a week of training focused on leading games, crafts, activities, and group interactions before joining camp staff during daily operations. Along the way, teens can earn up to 40 SSL hours per session while developing confidence, responsibility, and real-world leadership experience.
