The Fairfax Library Foundation is doing it again! The 4th Annual Children’s Summer Reading Festival, on June 13, 2026, is designed to encourage young readers to continue their enthusiasm for reading straight into summer vacation.

Come one, come all, to this free event to kick off the summer reading program! There will be games and crafts, bounce houses, snacks, face painting, food trucks, a photobooth, a DJ, live entertainment, and more!

Tickets are not required to attend this FREE event, but those who pre-register via Eventbrite are eligible to receive a free festival tote bag (while supplies last).
