Celebrate the start of cherry blossom season at the Blossom Bash!

A Children’s Science Center Lab special value-add event, the Blossom Bash, on March 20, 2026, is free with your timed entry ticket and includes special activities available for one day only!

Experiment with magnetic levitation, gather threads to weave a kumihimo cord, fold paper into origami innovations, engineer a flying fish kite, and get your very own 3-D printed cherry blossom. Plus, be the first to experience all the new fun available at the Lab during the Cherry Blossom Festival!

Located in Fair Oaks Mall (until their permanent, full-scale science center opens in 2027), they’re open weekends, school holidays, and often when school is cancelled.

Admission includes two hours of exploration and fun; three sessions are offered: 10 am, 1 pm, and 3:30 pm. Visitors are encouraged to purchase their admission online in advance — it even saves you a few dollars!
