In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the Library of Congress is hosting its annual Japanese Culture Day event on May 16, 2026.

This special event features many activities for all, but especially for K-12 children, such as origami, calligraphy, and more. Plus, check out this year’s special program, Pokémon Corner.
