From August 7-10, 2025, families are invited to experience Supernova at the Dulles Expo Center — an immersive celebration of video games, pop culture, and live entertainment! Formerly known as Super Smash Con, this event has grown into a can’t-miss experience for gamers of all ages.
Supernova is going big for its 10th Anniversary with record-setting tournaments for Ultimate, Melee, and Rivals 2. Beyond the competitive arena, enjoy live shows, costume contests, the Smashies Awards, music, streaming stars, and more. Explore vendor booths, retro gaming setups, a VR zone, board games, card trading, and even an indie showcase! There’s also a Recharge Zone for downtime and plenty of interactive spaces for non-gamers and younger fans, too.
